Modern yoga encompasses a diverse array of practices, such as asanas (postures) and meditation, rooted in the philosophies, teachings, and practices of the Yoga school, one of the traditional Hindu philosophies' six schools. Our journey in yoga learning commenced under the guidance of multiple gurus, allowing us to delve deeper into its profound philosophy. We have since imparted our knowledge through teaching in both offline and online classes at S-VYASA.
